I had booked a room through Makemytrip on this hotel, when it said rooms were available. However, when I reached there, I was asked to move to a partner hotel because they had run out of rooms. The partner hotel rooms were ridiculously in poor shape, especially considering the amount spent on them. I had to argue with the staff here to get shifted to a reasonable room, almost 8 hours after original check-in time.
The staff were also unreasonable at times. Overall, not a good experience.

Stayed here from 6.30 am to 4 pm . Breakfast was good . Had lunch it was ok . Rooms were OK and bathroom was neat . Only soap and shampoo in the bathroom - no other toiletries .
Wifi was not working . Complained 3-4 times and no one was bothered to attend the problem .
They need to drastically improve their customer focus ...

I have booked 2 rooms through Makemytrip. 1 room was ok but other room has to be improved a lot. there were insects, TV was not working and there were lot of delay to change the room. Rooms are so so.Room and facility has to be improved for betterment.
Service was slow. It is a vegetarian hotel. Breakfast was OK.

We went there for some work purpose for a day and booked this hotel as it is near by. Had a fine experience. The room was comfortable neatly maintained and clean. The bathroom was good though the doormats need to be of different kind as the given ones are plastic and of no use and make the room dirty once we step outside. The ambience was fine and everything was properly working. The hotel has a restaurant where the food is good. The complimentary breakfast had good number of varieties and food was fine. The lunch buffet and dinner were served fine. The staff was friendly and overall a fine experience

It was stupid of me to go by the name. Rooms are small. The cleaning of the room was bad, the complimentary water was a open bottle, which show carelessness of the staff and standard of training. Shampoo is kept in a dispenser for super deluxe room. Thank god leaving tonight with going for free breakfast.
