Stays for three nights and the room was clean, very polite reception staff and fast checkout procedures. Place is near the new delhi railway station so it is very much accesible to the entire city. The surrounding place was very busy and will be quite overwhelming to luxury travellers. Overall the experience was good.

Right so we stayed here for two nights. Four of us in a family room.
Pros:
Near to the airport and train station - walking distance for the train station.
McDonald's across the road which we indulged in
Front desk staff are helpful especially the young girl and the lovely gentleman with a turban
Room was clean
The price isn't too bad
Cons:
We used the laundry service and some of our knickers were not given back..
Room service isn't good - takes too long and the food wasn't tasty

On arrival we were shown a room that was not yet cleaned, however, we brought it up with the staff and they moved us to a very clean room. The bed was comfy and the staff were very friendly. The location is perfect for anyone looking close to the train station or metro.
I did notice that the room didn't have a window so if that's a problem for you then I'd look elsewhere. If you don't mind the lack of window (you'll probably get one of your better sleeps in Delhi) then this place is great value!

Hotel staywell? More like hotel stay the hell away. After reading reviews for this place I was expecting so much better. For a budget hotel I expected little amenities, just something simple and clean. Most importantly a good location considering that's what they implied as well as every review raved about. The hotel was probably located in one of the worst areas of Delhi. We couldn't walk anywhere without being attacked. It's India yes, but the second you left this area it becomes very obvious the hotel staywell is in a trashy area as everywhere else was much better. The bathrooms were disgusting, toilets probably hadn't been cleaned in months. Fridge was broken, there was no clean drinking water not even one free bottle for arrival, and within 3 nights there, they lost electricity over 5 times, 105 degrees at night and no AC, no lights, nothing for over 15 minutes, FIVE TIMES. The staff wouldn't help us with anything, not even simple directions. There "Travel agent" was rude and pushy, all they wanted us to do was rent a car and driver from them. They kept saying "You're not from my country so just rent a Car". All in all, the previous reviews were totally misleading because no one would call this a "great location" every time a local asked us were are hotel was they would laugh and go "oh the prison area". Go somewhere else, please.

Very nice hotel in good location, close to train station. Room was clean staff was helpful. Good value for money.
But on the other side, the roof top restaurant is not on the roof top it's just last floor without any view. Rooms are quite small and with very small and dark windows. The road in front of hotel was super crowded, it takes 15 min to leave the street.
