We made a reservation through a website, when we arrived into the hotel, we had to wait 30 min /they dont find the reservation/, than they find it, but just dont hade any free rooms, wtf?
We made phone calls to the agency, after 1,5 hours of waiting we get our room.
They been verry rood to us, usually we dont experienced this in other locations in Morocco.
We stayed only 1 night, the room basic/old style, need renovation/, full or jung russian people, they use this place because of all inclusive /loud music, smoking everywhere, fight at the buffet/.
Wifi was working only at the lobby, personal not friendly at all, we searched other place for the rest of our staye in Agadir.

I visited the cabaret bar nightly and again found it enjoyable
Good music and obliging staff
Lovely bar room with good ambience
Beer at Asda price
All lovely jubly
The security staff pestered me for a pizza but I ducked n dived them

Room was clean, staff nice and everythig else was ok too, but we spent there only one night and left early, so we didn't eat breakfast. The location is not bad, there is a store behind the corner and some restaurants (also a Supratours office, where you can buy bus Rockets).

Worst hotel in my life book for 7 night and stay 3 nights
Night was nightmare whole night music the room once change New room also nightmare on arrival to hotel it's not wellcom environment for foreigners.

Extremely bad hotel. I booked my hotel through Hotels.com, I cannot believe discomfort that we experienced from the start to the end. We got to the hotel around 11pm. We couldn't even check in. They told us they cannot find our reservation and told to leave us with really bad tone. I made the call to Hotels.com and they called them. Finally we check in with bad taste in my mouth with bad customer service. At the door so many people are drunk and yelling to each other. I really got scared something will happen to us. We went to our room, no A/C in room. Room super hot, we open the windows so much noise outside. The room really terrible, the quality of the bed really bad and not comfortable. I got up with back pain. I highly recommend that no one can stay in this hotel ever. Anyone do otherwise will experience the same terrible Confort and pain that I went through.
