We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views were spectacular, and the room nice and cozy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to major sights and old town. We would definitely recommend!

Thank you so much to the staff and management of this lovely hotel for the warmth of their reception. The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy the stunning seaviews and the promenade (spectacular morning sunshine while having breakfast and stunning sunsets each evening from our room). The complimentary bottle of champagne on our arrival was such a nice touch (I had requested a seaview room as a birthday treat for my husband. Cannot wait to go back to Nice and will definately stay here again. (highly recommend although perhaps not to those with limited mobility /entrance/ steps / small lift).

We have stayed in the hotel on two occassions. The first time a year ago we vere very satisfied with our room (privilege). Great balcon and nice view. This year we got a very small room with a extremly small balcony. The room was on the fifth floor and the only elevatot in the hotel had room for max 2 people and was also occuupied by maintenance personel, so we had to take the stairs, when had waited for 10 minutes. Overall a very disappointing second stay.

The management upgraded us to a privilege room with a lovely balcony with an incredible view. I'm not sure I've ever stayed anywhere that when I was sipping wine on the balcony, people below were taking pics of the hotel with the great views!!
Really enjoyed staying here - management couldn't do enough for us, and the room was very large with a nice modern bathroom. And did I mention the view? If we are ever lucky enough to be back in Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a "Privilege Room" for 4 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The balcony provided a 180-degree view of old town, the beach, and the fabulous Mediterranean. Book a room with a view, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Our balcony had enough room for the two of us to sit and share an espresso as we watch the city wake up each morning.
Breakfast here was great as well. Every morning the staff prepared a coffee and eggs to order and provided a fabulous spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads. No reason to go anywhere else!
