ideal for business travellers on short visit, very near to main railway station, and all markets, bus stand..rooms , though small,are clean, maintained.toilet is ok. service is ok.nice staff. being on the road,its bit noisy also.

Pros: very close to Allahabad Station, big rooms, food was good, staff courteous
Cons: Old building , slow service, abrupt wifi service, gyser didn't work throughout our stay
In short good for one night stay.

Old building, medieval lift, and a lot of noise as d hotel is in d market, parking space is an issue if u r travelling by yur own car.
P.S.. I had a scary paranormal nite..Dnt book room no 306.!

i was in Allahabad and trying to search hotel but no rooms are available and after that on of my friend given me Sun city Details the hotel was very good and well manner staff.and i requier cab for drop to my meeting place they guy's arranged.

Suncity hotel
Well Allahabad isn' t really a welcoming city regarding finding a place to stay. It just seem really difficult to get a room in a reasonable price...And there is definitively no foreigners around the whole city!!!
But I'm glad to have found Suncity Hotel. Although, it is a bit pricey ( starting at 900 rupees), the room is definitevely clean...and have all the basic furniture needed, in a good state.The hotel is quiet. The AC, working. The reception man, one of them do speak english and have good manners.
So it is allright. The surroundings is just a busy street. ( but Allahabad has no charm anyways, wherever you might be, I find) But the hotel is of good quality.
