This hotel was booked by the organization with which I had worked with, the location of the Hotel is decent but not great. The services are average, you will have to ask for services else you won't get any like electric kettle, iron box etc. The room is lighting is very bad. They do not provide any bright light for study purpose or any laptop work. Rest food and everything is pretty descent. Overall it's a value for money service.

Good front office staff - who manage the entire property. Pickup and drop to office is advantage. Meals included - with bf and dinner adds value. And 5 mins from eco space - Commercial hub. Best budget hotel in marathali ( Hope i have spelled it correctly )

In my recent business trip to Bangalore the company booked a room in the Sunray Hotel for me. The hotel was pretty awesome and they helped me in every way i wanted. The services were very good and the foo was awesome.

1. Breakfast is not good, had bread jam all the days.
2. Fridge not work, if room is close fridge will off so things will be warmer
3. First got Room Number 1023, no hot water coming from it. So shifted to other room.
4. They have 3 small lights in the room, if you work on laptop or study your eyes will get pain because of low light.
5. Lift sound and vibrate a lot as very old machine.
6. They dont provide two keys so if you shared the room then you have adjust for the keys
7. Bathroom n Towel were not clean.
8. They remove tags from the breakfast at 9.30AM while breakfast timing is till 10AM.
9. No power back.
10. Faced lots of issue with hot water.

I have stayed there for a night and one thing I noticed the staff were very friendly and Helpful.The complementary breakfast was superb. One thing I would like to say ,The plan of the hotel is superb and they have used the space very well.A good budgeted hotel in Kadubheeshanahalli... Rooms were clean and service was good.Overall it was a pleasant experience.
