It was really great experience with sunset inn staff very much supporting....
The managers on reception were always ready to help
All the meals were awesome
Due to diwali season with so much crowd management was so prepared and planned with everything that we check out with no complaints

We visited this place on July 16 for one night & had a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was in under prepare & we couldn't enjoy the pool.Room was nice, bathroom was neat & clean. We had a breakfast at hotel restaurant. Staff was co operative.

Most pathetic staff on front desk, heard them swearing load & clear in the lobby area of hotel in front of my wife, friends & kids around & they were not bothered Abt it at all, so embracing situation. Pls avoid.

From outside hotel looks good. We took room no. 22. Everything about room was poor.
1) Starting from door lock & stopper which was very hard to operate, looks like no maintenance done since long time.
2) Telephone has so much disturbance that u hardly able to hear anything.
3) No bathtub in bathroom like other rooms & bathing space is sooo small that surrounding structure will hurt you many times while bathing.
4) No bathing kit. They don't even provide soap, while asking for it they told to use liquid soap dispenser hanged in bathroom. But on this dispenser they have written as shampoo on outside !!! Also the dispenser is hanged so high that u just can't use while bathing, unless u take shower.
Totally horrible experience !!!!
