It is a very nice hotel located a few kilometres away from Behrampore court railway station. You can take a toto which will take Rs 20-25 per pax if you board on a share basis. I found that the road near the bus stand was very ill maintained when I visited in July 2018. The hotel rooms are very comfy with well maintained elevators & room ACs. Good room service. Food also tastes good. Affordable rates of dishes too. But the best part is that the Baharampur P.S.K. is at a walking distance from this place.

A pleasant stay with adequate comforts

After visiting famous Jaideb Kenduli at Birbhum during Makar Sankranti (14 Jan) we planned to see the historic sites of Murshidabad. Hence, we drove down to Berhampur through Kandi covering around 160 kms along a "highway" which is really awful with potholes almost every 500 metres and which, I am sure, will be difficult for any road user to forget in his lifetime. After such a hazardous journey when we reached Berhampur around evening and checked into this hotel, our first reaction was to forget all our ordeals with comforts all around.
The hotel is located at Panchanantala just opposite to the passport office and very close to highway but in the outskirts of over conjested roads, lanes and bylanes of Berhampur city.Frontdesk handlers are quite cordial, polite with a professional touch. Rooms are well maintained with a/c, geysers etc.Housekeeping and room service are also commendable for their promptness along with different choices of food. There is a provision of free parking of vehicles. Room tariffs are quite reasonable keeping in view the comforts provided. In fact, we were extremely satisfied and would prefer to stay here only if we plan to make a revisit.

For sightseeing it is better to hire toto and horse-carriages which are plenty. But never miss to get Chanabora from reputed Ananda Sweets in Gorabazar.

We stayed in this hotel from 16th till 18th January. This hotel is in Berhampur; so if you are interested in historical sight seeing places and shopping in Murshidabad then you may find this place bit inconvenient unless you have a car. This hotel has a good restaurant. You can hire a tuktuk to go for shopping in Khagra (2 to 3 km from the hotel). But don't hire a tuktuk for sight seeing, road to Lalgola from the hotel is quite dangerous. Lots of trucks, buses are racing in a narrow high way.
More or less our stay in this hotel was quite pleasant. Lots of ladies are working in this hotel to keep this clean. May be this is the reason it is very clean. In India, I found wherever women are working, it is better and cleaner.

rooms are good , clean and enjoyable. Food is also good and available even in odd hours. Housekeeping is also good. But room service is poor. Morning tea was not available one day, even after complaining for 4 times. And one must be cautious regarding car hiring from hotel reception, as they ask for abnormally high price [ more than twice the market price] ,even may ask for extra after settling everything [ one of the receptionists is responsible for this].

Very poor service and hotel surrounding so do not stay in the hotel

Very poor service no room service fecility ill mannered staff especially receptionist very high price room are not clean and extra charge for every thing you want . Very bad hotel location. Before staying an amount is said and after stay the double amount is taken .
