I spent over a week here and got to feel like it was family! The staff were all friendly and accommodating - they knew just what I wanted each morning for breakfast. I stayed in the new wing and felt very comfortable. The location is great. There's a nearby restaurant with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere... or they'll deliver! Enjoy your time in Srinigar!

We stayed a night here after stayed in the other hotel near crowded Dal Lake area and we loved our stay in Swiss Hotel.
Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and the garden is very nice. Rouf - the hotel owner is very friendly and extremely helpful.
The only thing that can be improved is the WIFI coverage, it will be nice if we can have internet access in our room :)

Very friendly owner, with excellent hospitality, really care of us, 5 women. Serve good breakfast, well prepared for our rooms. Highly recommended. We have got helpful information & good references about places to go in Kashmir.

We loved our stay in Swiss Hotel - the rooms were nice & great value and Rouf (the manager) is a great guy, and extremely helpful. He can give you great restaurant/houseboat/sightseeing recommendations (in perfect English!) Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Srinigar.

We loved our stay at hotel swiss. The rooms are beautiful, the location convenient and all at very reasonable prices. However, the best part was the incredibly helpful owner who helped us plan everything during our time in Srinagar, from day trips to where to eat to good houseboats to stay on. Would 100% recommend!
