The more good it looks from outside the less good it is from inside. They gave the bedsheet which was used and having spotts. When we told them to change it they took 2 hrs to do it. The taste of their food is rubbish and thus we had to order it from outside.

this is not what you expect when you pay heavy for a room. i was not treated well in the hotel. they are so disgusting people to talk with. Ac was not working and they continued to tell lie about it that we are working o it while they did nothing.

Even though it is a budget hotel, it is not good. We booked two super deluxe rooms in the hotel in late August. The rooms were in second floor with steep stair cases and no lift. The rooms were not clean. The bed was dirty and so were the curtains, the cushion covers, the bed sheets etc. The only good thing of the hotel was the cleanliness of the toilets. They were ultra clean. There was no geyser. However hot water was provided in the morning on request. The hotel managers was courteous. The restaurant was average. Go for better hotels in Agra if possible.

Booked it on Oyo . To say the least ,it's quite unprofessional and badly managed hotel . The cable TV was not functioning and I had to call the staff may be 5 times and then had to finally call oyo. I didn't expect an oyo to be selecting unprofessional hotels . Their service is degrading

They room is quite ok for stay but the service food all those stuffs are highly unprofessional and worthless .No privacy for the customers completely waste somebody from the reception often disturbs you , they dont even clean the room daily even after the request . I have stayed here for two days
