Like most places in India things can be a bit hit and miss. The rooms where comfortable and the meals are alright but the service isn't that wonderful. Stayed three nights while we visited the Taj Mahal. Came to see that Agra isn't actually a very nice place anyway so the hotel was a little haven in the thick of it all.

location near to taj mahal otherwise, room was quit specious but no proper managed, even not maintain, staffs are not polite, food was okey .. price is too high, reception area was feel okey. when we checked in the room, room was completely smell with cigarettes, i call room boy to spray it but they didn't even say that shell i change the room...very bed experience with this hotel
i am not recommend to this hotel because lot of option near by...

We stayed on 5th November 2017. The front staff are offhand. When we reached the room it smelt of toilet, was so disgusting we could not stay but in fairness when we complained they gave us a new room which smelt clean and fresh. There was no hot water which was a problem for us as we had been travelling all day. The room was dark and when we opened the curtains were greeted by the view of mess from the neighbouring building.
We did not eat dinner in the hotel. The breakfast was ok , a freshly cooked omelette and toast but the coffee was undrinkable. Sorry but we would not recommend this hotel.

Travelled more than 10 hours by train from Varanasi to the hotel, only to be told by the receptionist that there was no free room. And we had already pre-booked 2 months ago!!! We were utterly disappointed. What made it worse is the smirk on the receptionist's face who didn't even care to apologise. Instead, he laid the blame on us!!!! i've never experienced such awful customer care in my life. Will never ever approached within 1km of that hotel again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my time here. It’s extremely good value for money! The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good but lacking continental options (by this point of my trip I didn’t want to have curry for breakfast anymore). The staff were polite and very accommodating. I was up at 5am on the second day and they opened the restaurant for me so I could have coffee (my friend was asleep in our room so I didn’t want to disturb her).
It’s also set just off the main road so it wasn’t noisy.
