Nothing special in this hotel to review. Sleping quality is horrible. Rooms at backside just terrible. No maintenance and shortage of service staff. Only positive part is food it is homely. People can get view also in a clear day. Overall not recommendable to stay.

Why I came and spoiled my extra stay in Pelling I don't know. This place is only little moderate size room with dirty bed, never change the bed linens and most horrible dirty bathroom. The worst part is the manager and the staffs.

Rude Manager Mr Rana and very cheating attitude. Though Pelling is a very nice place but this hotel will sucks your romantic mood and money.I wish to complain to all authority about how unprofessional this hotel manager 9 called himself owner and behave like a rude and third grade man

This is a very good hotel. The view of Kanchanghangha is very good. The food of the hotel is good & travel desk is also helpful. Overall the proprietor of the hotel are very friendly & noble human beings. Overall we a group of 4 frnds) enjoy the stay

Nice clean outside building. Room have balconies. Looks good on the outside. But inside reception area cold and unfriendly. The person working the desk was watching tv with 5 of his buddies. Just gave us the tariff card and said the rooms were 3,500Rs. On Tripadvisor it said. 1,200Rs. He didn't even offer to show us the rooms. We left and got a room up the hill, 5 min walk for 800Rs.
We had gone in side for the restaurant, but it was closed.
