This was the worst place I have ever stayed during vacation. First it took us ever to find the place. Then we reached the location. There were hardly any staffs. Two very young guys were operating the so called hotel. It's actually not hotel it's a lodge and I think they have dormitory also. When we ordered evening snacks, one of the guys went and literally bought half kg began from market to fry pakodas. For dinner we had ordered rice, dal papad alu bhaja and paneer but paneer was not served they said they forgot to make it. Where as there were no other guests in the hotel. Kitchen was not busy as well. Next day morning none of the guests got the complimentary breakfast till 10am. We had to leave the place without breakfast. If u r travelling to enjoy your vacation please don't stay here and spoil your mood.

We had stayed at this hotel for one night actually this is not a hotel it's a 3rd grade lodge. Service are poor we rice dal potato fried paneer butter Masala but when we sat for dinner there was no paneer So don't book this hotel otherwise you will screwed up your holidays.

Average hotel for budget stay and decent food. If you do not want to spend much but stay close to MG marg, it is a good option. However, be prepared to walk on an uphill road. Alternatively, cabs can also be taken for 100 rs for the 1 km drive from MG marg. Few rooms also have good view.

lacaton is good,rooms r good clean,bathroom water supply good,service is average many times late service but manager mr.manadal is very helpfull n good responsible..bengali food is so tasty,mall is very near,rope way is very near..i stayed here for three nights,mr.manadal arrange for us the nathula trip..

price very high in respect of its quality. At first the way of hotel is full of dirty and street dogs. No lights on the road after 8 pm. Then room condition very nasty (even you can found piece of half eated bread beside your room), Geyser not working, TV not working, very bad smelling up from bed sheet & pillow cover, bathroom not cleaned, dustbin full of spilt & gutkha. Staffs are all young boy and rising up very late. You dont even found them for any emergency in morning for example hot water for bathing etc.
Only one point is good, that is food. It is delicius.
