I stayed here for 3 nights due to my official tour, the hotel is centrally located and has all the modern facilities. Buffet breakfast is complimentary and serves variety of menus but all vegetarian menu. Third floor rooms are good.

i weekly visit the hotel emerald bar the bar is very good place to hangout with friends almost every brand of alcohol available in this bar, soo many times i visit here to attend marriage reception the party hall is soo big and decoration is also good especially i like the food of this place the taste was awesome

The hotel is near to Old bus stand, the check in was hassle free.
The Deluxe room is quite small. The interiors could have been better. The towel quality was poor.
No wifi facility which is now basic in all hotels.
The breakfast needs improvement. Only two items can't believe it. The staff served promptly.

The room was very specious. Room service is also very good. Room was well decorated and well maintained. Bathroom was also very big and clean. WiFi speed is not upto the mark. Food is not but. Restaurant need some upgradation.

The hotel is not up to the photos they show in the website. Rooms are very small relatively to there bathroom. After 10 PM you can smell smoke and drinks even in the elevator. I will not suggest this hotel for family.
