I just took a chance by surfing through web and here it is Hotel The Golden Oak... Lovely Ambience ... Clean corridors ... abundant space... every where feeble light attracts you... policy of cleanliness in hotel really eye catching...
Value for money no doubt at all..
Bit expensive but Quality Food...
Well behaved staff round the clock ready to assist you...
The Blue rooftop restaurant offers you Pub kind of Atmosphere...
The worse part is the Hotel situated in the Location MG road around Hardware shops only...
The Building is not maintained by the owner but Hotel remain well maintained ...
Overall Peaceful atmosphere inside Hotel...

Worst hotel locationwise and hospitality. I booked hotel online.booking also confimed. Location is not good moreover hospitality is worst ever find.They denied room just because I dont had Id foof of my wife. They want id proof of each of yr family members.
Hopeless hospitality..It is my afv nt to book the hotel.

I am writing this review from the hotel' lobby itself during my check out.I will divide my review into 2 parts the Amazing Aspects of the hotel and the area of improvement. but before i will start writing would love to give special Thanks to Mt Satya (Sales), Mr Bharat (Front office), Mr Prabhakar(Front Office),Ms Rinky Roy (Front office) for their extra ordinary support during my stay, you all are amazing guys.
The Amazing Part-
1- Rooms are super neat & clean.
2- The staff is super courteous & supportive
3-Though the rooms seems less specious but still the interior is good & cozy
4-Food is good ( Specially ordered Indian breakfast)
5-Very efficient service
6-Helpful front office
7-Good Net Speed
The Area Of Improvement-
1- Good Pest Control is immediately required.
Note- The hotel is situated at a commercial complex so the area is bit crowded. but once you are inside the room its a different world altogether(Quite & Comfortable)
Recommendation- if you love shopping and want to stay close to railway station with all basic amenities, than it's one of the best option.

First of all, the location of the hotel is not so welcoming. The interiors are good, but the hygiene was not upto the mark. The moment we entered the room it was stinking badly and had to ask for a room freshner. The drainage of the bathroom was poorly maintained. The reason i give this hotel a "TERRIBLE" rating is because of the irresponsible staff behavior. We had a flight early in the morning and our package included a airport drop. Although i had informed the reception before hand, no arrangement was made. We had to wait for one hour at the lobby and had to leave the hotel frustrated in a hurry. I had to hire a cab at the last moment after walking down the road. The sad part is that the frontdesk executive made no attempt to help me out. Utter dissatisfaction.

This property is located in the main market. Breakfast, and pick up and drop facility to Airport or Railway Station is free. Staffs are very good. Choice in breakfast is limited. Overall this property is good for business traveler but WiFi is not working properly.
