Good location near thane main square. Good size rooms and neat and clean ambience. Though basic facilities and vegetarian food, a decent and economical place for business stay. Have conference and banquet facilities

when we arrived to Mumbai, after a few problems our taxi driver finally found this hotel. our reservation was canceled (they told me that i cancel it), but manager say That they need to prepare room for us. they locate us in a single room without bathroom, after 1h they change our room to twin without bathroom, and try to persuade me that this is room from my reservation (and booked double with bathroom), after arguing they told me that if i want bathroom and the need to pay 500Rs. more - what i do. When we go back from a walk in our room are waiting for us dozens of cockroaches. Manager change our room once again ... but the new one have also cockroaches. I guess for them and its not a problem to sleep with bugs ...

Having read a couple of positive reviews before booking this place, I was surprised and disappointed when we arrived. I do not recommend it for foreign tourists.
Pros:
- It was the cheapest room we could find last minute
Cons:
- The room was not clean enough. The pillowcases were so dingy looking that I didn't feel comfortable putting my face on them
- Cockroaches
- Location. It is hard to find, as the only sign is posted in the dingy ally where the hotel entrance is. Our taxi drove by 3 times, stopping to ask people, before we found it. Upon dropping us off he said "this your hotel? this area is not safe"
- We booked on agoda. The staff seemed completely unaware of the booking when we checked in. It took a long time to check in.
- As a woman, I did not feel super comfortable there. I was happy to be travelling with my boyfriend, and do not recommend this place for a single woman.
- The bathrooms did not have toilet paper

room was neat and clean with a window and attached toilet. service is good. hotel is centrally located with restaurants nearby. very near to Mumbai central station and the local business markets. good for a business visitor having all basic amenities.

We have been there for two days, had good comfortable stay Staff was bit professional, and was on the excepted lines. Dint fond the rates to be expensive so overall had a pleasant stay and was comfortable to commute to the nearby places.
