Stayed here in April 2016 for our annual ski trip. Many trips to the same area, but first stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of Zell am Ziller and although it has free parking, it is a short walk away, but we soon got used to this and were able to stop outside to drop off skis etc...
Most of the rooms we had were a bit on the small side. I had a larger room with a sitting area, but no view from my window except a wall. Those with a balcony all had nice views but with less space in the room.
Food here is excellent. Great variety and very tasty. The only disappointment was the weekly fondue. It wasn't explained that we had a choice of meat or cheese fondue, so everyone was given the meat fondue which not everyone wanted.

Hotel in the centre, tipical Austria, with electric bice in your reservation. A more than very good diner every day in your half pension stay. Small clean rooms with a balcony. You can make good travel and bice trips.

I made a reservation in the restaurant at 8 o'clock to have a nice cheese fondue with my girlfriend. What we got was an empty salad buffet, a small basket of bread and a bowl of cheese. We ended up paying 24.5 euro/pp for this. I'm not the guy that complains fast, but this was ridiculously overpriced.

We were comfortable. Very kind staff, really good breakfast and nice dinner, comfortable place. The big problem we found was that the wifi didn't work too well and in one of the rooms we wasn't able to connect to it.
The price was reasonable, even though the rooms weren't too big,
We would recommend it if you don't depend on wifi for working and if you have car to get to the actual skiing resort.

The hotel is really perfect, the service is good end personal is friendly. It is the hotel for adults but also for children because near this hotel you can find a lot of activitas for everbody. The food was excellend, room clen.
