A super hotel which is in an area of the city which is still dominated by locals and students, but is within walking distance of Piazzale Roma and St Mark’s Square.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast had something to suit everyone.
We would stay there again.

Stayed for 3 nights recently for my Girlfriends 30th birthday. the staff were really helpful in giving us directions and helping us to settle in after arriving late on the first night. Breakfast was a continental style with something for everyone, fruit, cereal, pastries, meats and cheese plus coffee and juice.
As we were celebrating my girlfriends birthday I have asked if the hotel ,would be able to put a bottle of prosecco with two glasses in our room for when we came back after our day out, i had said to the hotel I would pay upon checkout the next morning. The hotel staff were fantastic in arranging this and said it was a gift from them for my girlfriends birthday which was a fantastic and very well received gesture.
The hotel is in a quieter area but only a 10 min walk from Piazzle Roma which is thmain bus and train terminal from the airport. also only a 20 min walk from St Marks square and the Grand Canal with so many different little street, shops, restaurants and bars to find along the way its a fantastic area to stay in and the hotel was great.
The room was great, it was clean and was cleaned and tidied everyday, the bathroom was a fantastic size and the bed was very comfortable. the desk was manned 24 hours a day and the staff were brilliant!
I cannot recommend the hotel enough and we will be staying here again when we come back!

We stayed only one night here on our way back from Florence before a morning flight out of Venice. We got lost walking to the hotel but found our way after some nice Venetians helped us with directions. The family room we stayed in was spacious with a queen bed, a queen pull out bed (not very sturdy but fine for our toddler) and a pack and play for our 9 month old. The room was on a high floor and too hot, the air conditioning wouldn't go below 75 and the windows had no screens so when we did open them, a bunch of mosquitoes swarmed in. The breakfast was delicious with warm and cold options. We found a delightful family operated pizza shop around the corner for dinner and loved that!

Delightful. Lovely stay. Clean. New. Very helpful efficient & multilingual staff. No elevator. Good size picturesque room. Good size clean bathroom. Very quiet. Very Comfortable. Only issue: no eggs for breakfast.

Clean hotel. Friendly service. Average breakfast. We had room 103 which is located directly from the reception stairways up. During the evening and morning there is a lot of noise from the reception and breakfast area. It kept me awake from sleeping.
