Monopoly Money Minded

Charges are matching 4 star category but hotel is a 2 star. Huge gap between product, service & price. Rooms are as small & cramped as it can be, may be due to location but pricing has to match.
No flexibility shown for extended check out time(20 mins) i requested to Front Office Manager.
Definitely money minded, dont expect any service oriented approach. It's justified due to a simple fact that this is the only hotel inside airport premises & they enjoy a MONOPOLY !
Very mediocre Hotel at good location.

I stayed this hotel during my office trip and experience was not at all good. The hotel is just beside Begumpet main road and very close to Hyderabad old airport, so location wise it’s very good. But sadly that’s the only good thing. Rooms are quite small with very basic enmities, nothing special. The smallest bed I ever seen in a hotel, though I’m quite thin still I found very much problematic, mattress was not very comfortable but linens were cleaned. Toilet was very small and it was stinking all the time, and in the morning it was unbearable. Pest control was not done properly so there were few insects around the bed.
Breakfast was complementary but options were very less and most of the items were from South Indian cuisine which is not a very attractive or interesting for North Indian or eastern Indian people.
Hotel needs huge improvement in every sector.
A Substandard Budget Hotel

Although the hotel is located in the middle of Hyderabad city but the road adjoining the hotel is always under heavy traffic from 9 am to 9 pm. So you have to think twice even if you want to cross the road. Yet the close proximity to major areas like Banjara Hills, Hussain Sagar Lake, US embassy, etc is a plus point. I had booked 2 rooms for my family through OYO Rooms. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi service available but connecting to it is a very cumbersome process. No lift so you have to take your bags to your room on your own. The staff does not tell you about the Wi-Fi, you have to specifically ask for it and every time you leave and come back to the hotel you have to ask the staff so that you can connect to the Wi-Fi. TV was not working in one room. Through there is a water jug present in the room but no water inside it. If you ask they'll bring you a bottle of water on chargeable basis. No hangers inside the cupboard. The door lock was damaged. The bathroom is quite small. Just few hooks inside the bathroom, no place to keep the towel. You have to ask for nearly everything by going down to the reception because obviously the intercoms don't work. But the staff is polite and hardworking. Every time the room service cleaned the room, the floor remained damped (slightly wet/sticky) throughout the day. Despite this the rooms and the interiors of the hotel are decently maintained. There is one restaurant present which is very mediocre. There are better restaurants present in the vicinity of the hotel.
An average budget hotel

Pros:
1. Easy access to main road
2. Value for money
3. Free wifi
4. Staff are friendly
5. Ease of check-in and check-out
6. Beds and toilet were clean
Cons:
1. Free breakfast - you have only one choice from iddly, poori or upma with tea/coffee. Rest everything is chargeable
2. There are not many good restaurants near-by, except hotel paradise, which is costly
3. Rooms are not that clean, you may find dust and dirt
4. Bottled drinking water / coffee maker is not available

It was good experience I stayed here for my US visa interview. its very near by hardly 2km from embassy. you can just take bus from prakash nagar bus stop to next stop and walk some 500mtrs for embassy. I checked in at 8am though standard check in was 12 they said its ok sir and allowed me. break fast was bad (complimentary break fast) . I ordered veg food for lunch and dinner it was good.
