Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are spacious and neat. Location is very convenient as plenty of taxis are available and also it's proximity to Metro station. Breakfast spread is limited but good, staff is courteous

Just returned from a relaxing 4 night b&b stay here. The hotel is spotless, breakfast great ( masses of choice) and staff very helpful. We had forgotten our safe code and the receptionist came up and sorted it out for us. 2 minutes to the metro which speeds you into the centre.
Will stay again.

The hotel is well maintained. I looked through the pictures on Trip Advisor and they depict the hotel accurately. The rooms are clean and spacious - they were quiet and the beds were comfortable - No complaints. The breakfast is more than adequate - a typical buffet with everything you could want including a hot selection of eggs, bacon, etc. and a large selection of fruits and cereals - again No complaints. The location is not far from the airport - about a 10 minute taxi ride and you can use the metro but we preferred to use a taxi. It is an easy 15 minute walk to all the tourist spots downtown - No complaints on location as we full understood how far it was to downtown and we did not mind the 15 minute walk and you can catch the trolley which runs frequently and stops not far down the street from the hotel - we did this several times. The service is good. The staff were able to help us with questions we had with respect to mapping out a tour of Lisbon - what to do, where to go, etc. The only issue we had was with respect to the recommendation of the "hop on hop off" bus service. We found the wait times to get on a bus excessive and at the popular stops we encountered difficulties getting on the bus as people were not getting off. In the end we got frustrated and used the tuk-tuk taxis. We found these to be reasonably priced and very convenient as they are available just about everywhere you go. This is not a fault of the hotel but I point it out as if you are venturing out to explore Lisbon and are thinking of using one of these bus lines you might want to ensure you pick the correct Hop on Hop off bus service as there are several and the one recommended by the hotel had (in our opinion) excessive wait times.
We would return to the Hotel Travel Park.

Older style hotel in a quiet area. Very clean, friendly staff were helpful. AC and wifi could use major upgrade. Large rooms, nice sized bathrooms. 15 min easy walk down hill to major spots, may want to Uber back if you've done a lot of walking.

6 of us stayed here for 5 nights. Location pretty central, we are a group of walkers so getting round not a problem, Lisbon is very hilly. Near to metro Anjou so transport available. The Hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Lifts to all floors, the rooms were clean and serviced each day. We had bed and breakfast,there was a choice of hot eggs, bacon and sausage, continental,and of course the local tart. One problem in the restaurant was the hot drink dispenser in that there was only one, so when it was busy there would be a queue also if the hotel was full you might have to wait for a table. All-in all value for money although they do charge different rates per room depending on what nights you stay.
