It's a family run hotel, and the owner works harder than the staff. I've seen him up at 6:00 AM and working until 1 AM the next day. The wait staff at their restaurant is impeccable. These folks work all 3 shifts, 7 days a week, so you really get to know everyone in the hotel.
The hotel about 1/2 block from the beach, although we were there for a week of cycling in the mountains. As a special service, because our group would be cycling through the lunch hour and not return until around 4 PM, the kitchen staff would do a mini-buffet to feed us when we returned.
Their primary bartender was a favorite. We had a group of 8 cyclists, and like most our kind, we like to imbibe after our rides. He touch great care of use in the evenings.
The hotel layout is absolutely perfect for both indoor and outdoor entertainment. This is not an overly huge facility so the common areas of the hotel were very comfortable. Great swimming pools although the hot-tube I would classify as a warm-tub, which was a bit of a disappointment to us cyclists, and our sore muscles.
Basement storage for bikes is included.
Rooms are sufficient, but showers are extremely small. Bathroom was tight, but this is common in European hotels. Our particular air conditioner did not seem to cool the room sufficiently and I reported this but seemingly, nothing was done about it. Also, I'd report the only light in the bathroom stopped working and this did not get fixed during our stay.
That being said, this hotel for cyclists was an extraordinarily great value. It's an all-inclusive package.

We stayed a week, riding bikes and exploring the Italian countryside. (They have bikes for guests to use and storage for your bike should you bring your own, as we did.) We were traveling with our German friends who had stayed there before, making it easy for us to get around as they knew the area.
The hotel owners live at the hotel and interact with the guests, making sure things go smoothly. There was entertainment most evenings and we enjoyed that. The staff didn't speak English but we got by just fine, they were always ready to please. The meals were included with our stay and they were extra good, buffet style, so you got to see what was available even if you didn't know what to call it. I'd go back given the chance!

This hotel, located far from the city center, stands on second row; so when you read sea-view it's not true; you should read sea-immagination! The general services are good; the family managing the hotel is very professional and friedly.
Beautiful swimming pool, really nice! Very good the breakfast and very pleasant a small service of finger-food and soft-drinks available for guests all day long in the nice lobby.

Best quality for your money. They were right.
Very clean, nice acccomodating staff, great
breakfast and the beach club was fantastic.
Would recommend it and will stay there again
on our next trip to Cesenatico.

This hotel promised entertainment, that they would take the bordem out of our holiday. Entertainment, when it happened was rubbish. We were promised green open space, this is a concrete jungle. we were promised sea view! maybe if we had e-ray eyes. The hotel was clean and the food was good, but it did not deliver the expectations conveyed on web site and emails.
