The first choice of the hotel is its locality. It's very near to New Delhi Railway Station. We stayed there for not more than 12 hours. From Kathgodam we reached Delhi at 5 a.m and availed Howrah Rajdhani in the afternoon. The usual check-in time of the hotel is probably 12 noon. But they are helpful enough to allow us at 6 in the morning. The room is good, washroom is excellent and other facilities are up to the mark. One minus point of the hotel is tha the boys are reluctant to serve plain water. The hotel management must take a positive step so that the autuwallas can easily locate the hotel as it is 50 metres away from the main road. Otherwise it's a good, pleasant stay.

Located at a prime location, front desk staff Mr. Vishnu and Mr Mohit very supportive and very good in nature. Room service and other staff also found to be good. Food quality is OK. Room Cleaning was good.

First of all thanks to the whole staff,they are truly humble and very supportive especially Vishnu .coming to the price its very reasonable and I will be very thankful to Vishnu cause I've extended the checkout time of course everyone gets tensed when exceeds the checkout time because of double charge or something I've been also got tensed but after knowing the checkout bill I felt very happy.

This is my 2nd time I stayed in this hotel earlier it was an official visit but this time I stayed with my family. Hotel is located near New Delhi station. Rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly and polite. Restaurant on the top floor is good specially my kids like Pizza. I will stay again if I come to Delhi. Keep it up hotel Uppal team.
