This hotel has good rooms. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good. The options were very less to choose from. The staff was​ a little rude. It's near to the train station so that's a plus point. The washroom was clean and big.

This hotel is located a good distance from the centre of Milan in an area that appears unsafe. The hotel is in need of a complete modernisation the rooms are clean but dated. Wi-Fi is not always easy to get and the TV in the rooms are small. Breakfast again is disappointing with no hot food on offer and Luke warm Tea/Coffee

We booked this hotel via Hotwire, so we had no idea what we're getting. We've only been here for several hours now, however, I cannot stress this enough - this is by far the worst hotel my wife and I have ever seen. Yes, it's 10 minutes from the center with the train, but the neighborhood is intimidating and not a one you'd like to explore not to mention walk at night back to the room. The hotel is old, smells of and full of dust. Our room was on a terrace, which had broken chairs and a nasty table. The vases just had thorns growing as if they haven't gotten any water for a long time. Our room was tiny and full of dust and dead bugs. We had to leave the door opened for like an hour so the bad smell will disappear and it will be feasible to sit in the room.
When we left the hotel for the first time they actually made us leave the key to the room in the reception claiming it was a safety measure. However, when we came back and asked from the other guy in the reception, whom we never met before, the key to our room, he just handed it over no questions asked, so I call BS.
Air conditioning can't be controlled from the room and one has to call the unpleasant (quite stoned I'd say) guy in the reception so he'll turn it on remotely.
Do yourself a big favor and book somewhere else.

Not particularly helpful or friendly staff, nothing worked properly including the air co and shower. In fact we couldn't get any hot water for shower or washing in the morning. We reported it and the guy just shrugged and said he'd report it! Never mind about our inconvenience. Breakfast was ok though the fresh fruit was disappointing; consisting of an apple or tinned pineapple! No toast, it was a fuss to get tea or coffee and there was inadequate seating for guests. Apart from that, we had a marvellous time!!!!!

Valganna staff was extremely non cooperative and rude. I am an India and I was being judged for that. They'd call us by wrong names. We were a group of students who stayed in that hell for 25 days. There services were really bad. An incidence which happened with my friend. She just took the tea bag from the buffet area and sat in hotel lobby with her cup of tea. Now in india tea bags, milk and all of these daily items you get for free. Inspite of politely telling us that we need to pay for it. The hotel staff started calling her a thief and started judging us on the basis of our race. Now this incidence happened in front of that hotel staff. I would never go back to Valganna!!
