Spacious room, fabulous shower, gorgeous views, wonderful patio, well-kept property...However, there is a ridiculously steep downhill to enter the parking lot, and the staff whom we encountered had limited English so be prepared to use your Spanish!

Good rooms, great staff and a great location. Ensure you ask for a rear room over the stream and gardens.
Some rooms need a little love and attention, but all in all a good place to stay.
Safe, easy to find and a good atmosphere. The bar needs to change the Marc Anthony DVD once in a while though!! :)

If you have limited Spanish speaking ability skip this hotel. Not only was it difficult speaking in my sparse Spanish at the hotel cantina but most importantly at the check in desk in the lobby. One meal was lasagna and was more like a TV dinner since it was not prepared properly (cold in the middle and warm on the outside). I had to rate the service average since I could not communicate with most of the hotel employees. Television did not operate properly in the English language.

We stayed here for a few nights. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the morning offered beyond eggs beyond the typical continental. The beds were very comfortable. We found the place to be quiet with a beautiful flower garden in the back. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights. The room was too close to the street and it was noisy. There was a lot of construction going on. The dogs next door were loud and barked a lot. We had to call the front desk to get towels, coffee and creamer as they did not do a consistent job of restocking. The rug between the beds was dirty. You could not put your soiled, dirty toilet paper in the toilet. It had to be thrown in the trash due to some issue with their plumbing and the toilets backing up. This seemed disgusting and totally unsanitary. We asked for trash cans with lids and they did not have any so we asked for separate trash bags to put the soiled, dirty toilet paper in. It was gross. I do want to say some positive things. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was good, not great! The shower in the room was awesome and so were the beds and pillows. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the events. If we were to stay there again, I would choose a room that faces the river/creek.
