With cleanliness and hygiene, services and budget as criterion, I booked this hotel after a small survey of few other hotels with similar category and after staying with family, I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. It is well maintained hotel with neat and clean rooms, linings and bathrooms. Staff is friendly and helpful and services are fast. The hotel is located at a prominent location which is known by autos and easy to reach.

The hotel is centrally located. Good food, not very spicy. Very courteous and supportive front desk and room service staff. They helped with arranging local taxi and went the extra mile to facilitate cash payments to the taxi driver, given the cash crunch. We paid the taxi charges on our credit card and they made cash payment to the taxi driver. To summarize, a value for money budget hotel.

We stay at Hotel Valley plaza, it was our pleasure to stay at hotel valley plaza. During stay we get best services. Food was excellent. Room was very clean and services are excellent. Before we stay, we find hotel through internet and we find really good

we stayed with hotel valley plaza in ddn. it was our pleasure to stay there with good hospitality and great food. rooms are very neat & clean, housekeeping staff was very helpfull as well as front office staff too.
it was a great time to be there always.

was there on a business trip, booked over cleartrip. photos of the hotel can be misleading. rooms were small, bed sheet were soiled, hairs under the quilt. and the housekeeping person said they might have forgot to change the sheets. I mean don't you clean the room after a guest checks outs. Food was overall ok. Should try the hotel which is adjacent to valley palza its on the same road. a
