Hotel Valley View Inn
Room Clean.
Room spacious.
Hot water is provided 7am to 9:30am.
Good ambience.
Buffet bf is complimentry and excellent. Luke warm drinking water is provided on meal tables.
Sligtly away from bazar or restaurats.
Lunch and diner below average, there is lot of scope for improvement.
Staff well behaved.
For activities only carrom, no other games.
Ample parking space.
Good spacious lobby with ample cumfy sitting arrangements on each floor.
Good for groups as well as families.
Value for money.

They need to rennovate it. Old Bamboo chairs whose cushions were torn. Curtains not clean. Valley view is just name, nothing similar to valley view. No view from Hotel. Proper ventillation required. Also very much surprised that there are no fans. Food is also OK.

We were a group of 65. It was our yearly outing from office. They gave us a quote such that 1 room can occupy 4 of us and it was a great bargain. The rooms were clean and spacious enough and they provided extra bed without having to ask for it. The stay was pleasant and the food was nice. The group had no complaints. Just a suggestion to the management team, they could think of fixing fan’s in at least some of the rooms because the summer days can be hot even in kodaikanal. I should say i am not sure if they have such facility in other category of rooms.

Nothing as promised in the title, when you say valley view people expect a cool lanscape view from each room and book them based on that but the valley view was only to one side of the hotel..... from our room there was no valley view at all..... but food is good and service is the same

The hotel is good, clean and they provide good service. The food they provide is tasty compared to the other restaurants there. We like the breakfast buffet. The dinner they provide was also tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
