In a nice quiet part of Odessa near the beach. Buffet breakfast good, Short walk to the beach, down 264 steps after crossing the road. Towels changed every day. Staff very helpful, all spoke English. Beds excellent. If I was to visit Odessa again, I would definitely consider this hotel.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were nice and accommodative. The breakfast was a buffet which was cool wasn't bad but can be improved upon. The restaurant was nice and beautiful. The hotel has a nIce structure to it.

Nice and cozy hotel. Staff is very helpfull they booked transfer for me to airport, took my begs to my room. On reception i have been given full information about places i want to visit and prices. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here a couple of times last July. The hotel is located a few kilometers from the train station and can be reached by a tram in about thirty minutes from a stop just east of the train station. The hotel is a fairly simple low rise building that appears to have been remodeled within the past couple of years. I had a single room with one single bed. The room had a balcony. The breakfast in the morning was the best I encountered in Odessa among three different hotels (all low cost hotels; California II, Genva Park, and this place). The location of this hotel is most convenient for the beach which is a short walk.

- breakfast was always the same and poor in choice
- the music in the restaurant was unpleasant
- the standard room was ok, but with no chairs and a little bar table
- i had a single's bed which was small, with a bad mattress and a single hard-rock pillow; should I say that it made a lot of cracking noise?
- the towels aren't changed everyday unless told so
- the bathroom has a noisy air refresher
- walls are thin..
