On a family trip. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Rooms were small but clean and more than enough for our 1 night stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of our rooms had an sea view, too bad it was raining. We didn't get to enjoy the beach but the shopping in the downtown area was incredible. It's an enjoyable stroll to the center, about 15 minutes. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Ask the front desk about their agreement with a meal plan with a local restaurant. It costs 15 euros per person and the food was superb. A small on site parking lot free of charge.

It's good hotel for this money. It's easy to find with out gps. We enjoy view of the sea from our terrace. The room is rather small, but comfortable. The stuff wasn't very friendly, but it's not a problem.
There no problem in winter to park a car, but parking area is rather small (7-8 cars-max).
Very good wi-fi connection.
I don't like the noise only(railway, people in corridor)

It's second time that I went to the Velus Hotel, but I'm sure that I will have the third and fourth and so maniy time as I will be in Civitanova.
Particullarry it is enjoable out of the summer mass people.
Everything OK, good breackfast and confortable rooms.
