Very good neat and clean well maintained room. The service was good. The hotel location is good. It’s on the ashram road and just a few minutes walk from the riverfront. The breakfast is well laid and enough variety.

The hotel was very dirty.The toilet,the bed sheets,the floor were all dirty.They changed the bed sheet on request though.The guy at the reception was mannerless.No warm greeting or a smile.I was standing with my sleeping baby but he never even offered me to sit or took a step to make the room available for us early.There were hair in food in the dinner we ordered and in the morning breakfast plates had hair.The hotel needs a good manager to keep a check on everything.Avoid it.

front line desk requires improvement. cumbersome check in though we checked to the same hotel 3 times in 8 days all senior citizens. though we had requested good rooms while booking, some were small, in some a/c was not working, taps were not proper, no exhaust in bath room. we had to complain for everything, but room boys were very helpful. travel desk mr,pavan was very cooperative.not upto the mark for the tariff we paid.rooms can be kept much cleaner.

Treebo Vice President Hotel requires a lot of improvement in terms of its services and the management of the hotels.
1. The rooms have window AC which creates lot of sound and hampers sleep.
2. Room number 203 has a foul smell due to bad planning of drainage
3. The stair case is too narrow
4. The height of ceiling in the room is low

The hotel is a very nice place - centrally located in Navrangpura, very close to the Sabarmati Riverfront. A 10 mins ride from the Railway Station, the hotel offers you a very comfortable stay with all basic amenities. Only concern is that their checkout is at 11 AM,but there again, they offer a little flexibility in case of need. Their food was also good, even though the options were limited. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me and my family at the hotel.
