This is just another local 2-star kind of hotel, with smelly corridors, and expensive food. The looks from outside is not at all reflective of what waits for you inside. The worst is their service boys. They take for granted whatever you pay. For example, I paid Rs 1000 for food that cost Rs 820, and the service boys never bothered to return me the balance amount. Moreover, I had to ask them at least 4 times,to finally get my balance refunded to me. As I stayed for 2 days there, and had 2 meals, and once snacks, I faced this challenge thrice. Finally, on my way out, they helped me get a cab, that does not run on meter, and is semi-owned by the hotel. The driver charged me Rs. 500 for 2.5 kms.
Very bad experience. I had previously read about and watched dacoits in movies. These people exemplify that.

The hotel was very well located in central business area the rooms were neat and clean the supplies were good we were two couples and with kids and they gave us very good service as we checked out and our train was late the hotel was helpful in giving us some place to relax

Few families stayed here for 3 nights and practically had a floor to ourselves. The airconditioning was not effective in 1-2 of the rooms we had and the fittings in some of the rooms were sub-par (though the maintenance staff was responsive in fixing any issues we brought to them). Room service was quite responsive and adequately met the varied needs we had from time to time. Could have rated a notch higher, but felt that the value derived was not commensurate with the rates charged. The staff at frontdesk was also quite helpful in helping us with local directions, organizing local taxis for tours, etc. The location is very good. WiFi services worked quite well.

I stayed here for almost a week. They were friendly enough and room service was helpful. The location is by far the best part. There is all sorts of food around and chai. The room had a couple bugs but it's India.

A nice hotel to stay with a great surroundings , location is too good .
even the room service is great , food tastes delicious , you can get normal homely kind of food in room service.
Rest its a small budget hotel.
