Mesmerising views, Stay if out of options

I would say, book this hotel only if you have no other options left. It has really mesmerising views of the Dhauladhar from its front rooms. Also, I can totally guess the quality of rooms not facing the mountains - Crap.
The rooms are average at best - Cheap linens and Blankets. Also shabby furniture. This is the only hotel I have come across that does not provide White sheets. On asking they were making up some stories regarding water supply problem ; well you can imagine the level of cleanliness !
The restaurant has awesome views, but looks shabby.
Food is relatively cheap (We did not try anything other than masala chai though).
If you manage a room on the upper floors, it could be better. On the ground floor (We had one, Alas!) you can't open the curtains without curtailing your privacy.
The staff are not courteous, if not rude.
The stay can be very noisy, if there are a couple of kids in the hotel. The sound proofing is so bad, you could get pissed off after a tiring day.
Worst Hotel and Services

It is the worst hotel i had stayed in. There was no room service available. There was a long menu but there was nothing available, not even water bottle then forget about soup or anything else. You even can't walk easily to nearby grocery shop as hotel is located below a cliff and you will need min 20 mins to reach up. Hotel owner was very rude. Phone provided in room started to ring many times by itself and continued to ring through out the night. Only solution was to remove the wire out of phone. Condition of kitchen was very pathetic. There was power cut off so many times and even wifi didn't work for whole three days i stayed.

Stayed couple of days back. Sceneries from the hotel are outstanding with great view of snow mountains of dharmashala. Food was good, with good room service. Rooms are not that great having problem with hot water, TV problem. Its a 2 star hotel. Its located bit far from city.

We stayed in March'17 for a Day, Its an Awesome place to stay if you want Peace and talk to the mountains n Birds, The Hotel is at the end of naddi, after sunset point, so reaching here is a bit tedious, but worth the Pains. The Rooms are spacious , go for the front ones, which give you the view of the snow capped mountains from your Bed itself.
They have an awesome cook who make food as per your taste and requirement. 24 hr hot water available, and heaters on chargeable basis. We had an Awesome time here wished we stayed a day more. A morning walk along the mountain path was Heavenly hearing the water flow down and birds chirping . A must visit Place for us, would recommend my friends and Family.
Nice view but far away from main city and poor hotel ammenities

View from the hotel room is simply breath taking (only for hills facing room). Otherwise hotel facilities and food quality is below average. Booking a cab for main square will cost 200/- one way. Alert: Location is far away from main city and almost near snow covered mountains. So carry some extra winter wear as a precautionary measure. Temperature will drop drastically at night time.
A decent trekkable path goes directly to river aprox. 3 km from hotel location. Heavenly experience for early risers
