Very clean hotel but too far away from beautiful lake garda. Food was very basic, entertainment was only on one night, view from balcony was looking into the balconies across. Rooms need upgraded furniture was very old. However reception were quite friendly and could speak English, and the free drinks bar helped. No teamaking facilities in room. Would I go back, no.

terrible food , aggressive and abusive staff , no comfort in lounge, no bar cheap wine flat frothy beer all served in wine glasses out of a cupboard .all closed down at 10 pm two choices of hot meals for evening meal and small servings we were always hungry as this food is not replenished my partner went without food one night as they had run out if you have any health issues this is not the place for you .i take exception to been called a winging brit we have been to a lot of hotels but not any as bad as this beware

Recently returned from Shearings coach holiday and we are still smiling...... Fantastic!!!! Daryl and Dominic were exceptional and full of information to assist us whilst there. Villa Delle Rose gave us an amazing room with balcony and solarium with panoramic views, The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were left for us. The food was served hot with plenty to choose from and a pack lunch was made for days out.The staff we found friendly, hard working and helpful. Villa Delle Rose is situated near the centre of Arco and not far from Arco castle. We can't wait to visit and stay here again.

We are on a coach holiday with Shearings this is our last evening here and all I can say is that we have had a fabulous holiday.
The hotel is situated in Arco which is a beautiful little spa town surrounded by mountains. There are plenty of bars cafes etc.and a bus service into riva del garda costing 2 euros return.
The rooms in the hotel are large clean and have views across to the mountains. There is a small swimming pool and plenty of seating outside. The staff are very efficient and curtious even when dealing with some awkward guests.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning

The staff are hardworking and courteous despite being faced with some obnoxious guests. You won't find egg and bacon for breakfast but there is a wide selection of food available for breakfast including fresh fruit. For dinner there is soup 2 lots of pasta and a choice of meat and fish cakes and fruit. No one need go hungry.
There is plenty of outdoor seating. The rooms are large and air conditioning can be left on 24/7. The bus station is nearby and visiting Riva Del Garda is a bargain at 2 euros return. The location of the hotel is good because there isn't a lot of tourists in Arco so it is very peaceful. Would have no hesitation returning to the hotel
