lovely place to stay staff was kinda dn helpful, price affordable, and rooms lovely, some with awesome views of the sea. the location is convenient, the site nice looking and rooms good sizes. I hope to go back there soon!

We visited Noto on a 'Montalbano'-themed tour. Villa Favorita is set in citrus orchards ~ 4 kilometres from the town with a nice pool. The rooms are rather variable - mine was distinctly Spartan (single traveller?) but the public rooms and balconies were fine. The terrace in particular is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or a glass of the local wine. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and the dinners were nicely cooked with local ingredients. Service can be a shade erratic and the Wi-Fi works best near reception. But it's the setting that makes the difference.

We stayed three nights at this wonderful place and enjoyed it a lot. We can also not understand the negative reviews on this side: we are in italy and we are in an agritourismo which will partly appear dark inside, which are equipped with furniture of ancient times and therefore have a different look - not a trendy and puristic, light boutique hotel in a capital city? Rooms are very nice furnitured and have a cosy appearance. We felt very well with them.
If you have doubts about the rooms, it makes sense to contact the hotel before and check the room category. You have rooms on the ground floor which are darker than the ones in the first floor. If you are ground floor, ask for a small balcony (it will be a real small one, but nice, not every room has one or you have an opportunity to sit outside but with limited privacy), if you want it very light and spacious, you have to check a luxury room. However, we were fine with ground floor and small balcony. But if you expect exactly the view from the webpage, we recommend that you ask for it. - i personally think that each room has its own charme, but going through the reviews, it might sense to get more informed before and manage expectations.
Yes, the pool bar is not open, but you have a waiter running between the bar and the pool, so you will have drinks all day long. The pool is really very special, a "real" big pool, very nice with a view to noto!
Also the food was nice in the evening, i had a starter as main dish and my husband had a fish, so no frozen stuff which somebody had complained.
Very close to noto and other places, this is a really very nice and cosy place!
Ps. Only critical point: the wlan is very weak and only works well in the restaurant, the reception area and the pool. Not at breakfast or in your room. However, we were tkld that this is rather an issue of the area and not the thotel.
Overll, very nice place to relax, we would love to come back!

This a hotel and restaurant complex is part of a working farm growing grapes citrus fruit olives etc. It is family run and that shows in the attention to detail. The rooms are individual and have adequate facilities. Breakfast was part of the package and standard continental but all with home produced products all organic. We had dinner on 3 consecutive nights and were not disappointed. We would recommend this hotel v highly. Getting into Noto would be helped by a hotel based service (it is 4kms) and though there is water in the room fridge there is no sign of whether it is complimentary or will be charged (you pay for it) Apart from these minor niggles - excellent.

We stayed here for three nights as part of an organised tour and were delighted with the individual style of this converted property. The buildings are roomy and interesting, we particularly liked the large salon and balcony area that we could use in addition to our room. The swimming pool outside looked inviting and was enjoyed by some of our party. The food at breakfast was ample with a good spread of hot and cold items. We ate there on all three evenings, pleased on the first two and only disappointed on the third - cook's night off perhaps? Our room and bathroom were fine and we enjoyed leaning on the Juliet balcony overlooking the courtyard. The only drawback was that our bathroom had two windows but only one had a privacy shutter. The other one needed one too, or a simple blind would have done. We had to hang a bath towel over it, especially after dark. Was going to mention it at checkout, but it was very busy so we left it. Once this oversight is fixed, it would be a place we'd love to return to, should we visit Sicily again
