It was my first time at this hotel but after few minutes I had the feeling to be an old client.
It could be strange to say that a smile is something special but nowadays when you feel that you're welcome and that the owner is really passionate...
Regarding cleaners and quiet, nothing to say, just perfect!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Linen was changed everyday and they accepted our dog . Close to milano train station. Keep it up. Will recommend to friends and will visit again for sure.at the end they gave us a discount on our next visit

We were booked in by our friends who live near Collechio for just one night on a flying visit. The welcome was very warm, and the room very comfortable. We had to be up at 4am for our Bologna flight, so were sure that breakfast would be missed. Our alarm call came as promised and imagine our surprise when fresh coffee was waiting and the marvellous smell was our chocolate pastries dusted with sugar. So much appreciated. The receptionist was chatty and we whiled away an hour chatting over our vino and nibbles, and the night reception equally charming. Would recommend and go again....

stayed one night on way through Parma. late arrival and found concierge very nice, front desk people were good in general. room was tidy and clean (although shower showing age), and room was average in size. had a stocked minibar and small TV. beds not the most comfortable but were singles. the bathroom (no bath) had a bidet in addition. the shower was very small and for a medium sized male, couldn't wash feet without knocking screens. other problem is window swung the wrong way so couldn't open to freshen bathroom as shower was very close to window. being a roadside room, it was quite loud on a sunday morning early on so its probably noisier during the week! with the shutters closed, this room is extremely dark if thats important to you! breakfast provided was simpler than other larger hotels (to be expected!) but had bacon, eggs, cereal, juices and attentive concierge who arranged coffee. in house wifi worked fine and they provide a computer in foyer (no printer). the hotel is not that close to the city centre (certainly not a walk!) and is even further from the train station. probably not the best hotel if you plan to duck in and out of the city without your own car.
