We stay three nights at this hotel. The location is excellent, particularly if you want to avoid the crowds of San Marco. The hotel is 10 minutes easy Walking to the ferry and a short ride across the lagoon.
The rooms are comfortable and spotless, while the staff and management are extremely friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with recommendations and advice.
The breakfast was fresh and plenty of food was provided
Villa Parco may not be as luxurious as many others, but represents great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Stayed here with my son for a week and loved it. Great location opposite a canal with nearby bus stops. Rooms very small so worth having one of the two terrace rooms. Very clean too. Staff were delightful and hotel grounds beautiful especially as you could sit outside for breakfast. In fact breakfast was good with plenty to eat and cost €8
On the negative side it was tired. Bathrooms need renovating most of all. Just a bit run down I guess.

We stayed at Villa Parco for seven nights. The room small, shabby but comfortable and good value for the price. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is good. It is close to a bus stop with regular buses to town and the Vaporetto station. We found great coffee at small pop up bar close by and a market in the nearby street 2 times a week. Our room had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on at night. We also used the fridge downstairs to keep provisions purchased st the market cold.
Don't overlook this hotel if you are looking for budget accommodation in Venice. It was also nice to be away from the thousands of Tourists and to see day to day life in this area.

Stayed here for two nights, didn't get breakfast so can't comment on that! Good location only a few minutes away from lido beach which is perfect for a chilled day! Clean rooms, hot shower and friendly staff what more do you want for that price 😀 nice area and quiet to get away from the madness in Venice 😀

This hotel represents good value for Venice, much cheaper than staying on the main island and not much of a hardship as only 15 mins walk/5 mins bus ride to the waterbus stop and a very pleasant 10 mins on the boat to St Marks Square. As you will need to buy waterbus tickets anyway for Venice these cover buses on the Lido too so no extra travel cost.
The hotel is a lovely old building in a nice quiet area, full of character. The gardens and outdoor areas are very pleasant The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable, nice clean, white towels and fresh toiletries every day The bathrooms are a bit dated but fine at the price. There is plenty of hot water at all times and the wifi works well. No heating or aircon needed in May so can't comment. We didn't try the breakfast. There is a good Co op in the main shopping street near the waterbus stop, also a local shop nearby with limited stock. We will certainly be back.
