Front desk staff slogan was only ID required, he was not even bothered to ask for some water even on arrival, he told us again & again about charges & check out time,
I was very well known that breakfast would be on chargeable basis, then also he again and again reminded me it that " breakfast is on chargeable basis"
Poor management, not up to the mark staff, he did not even gave us room key after finishing formalities,
Its written on website that airport is near 2.5 kms away but its 7-8 kms away from hotel.
Very dissappointed.

I had to stay here for a layover for Dubai Flight.
I was scared after reading the recent feedback here, but after hearing the feedback from one of my friend I though of giving it a try
The hotel was a good one and I really enjoyed the stay here.
It is not a star property of something like that but a good one
The rooms were spacious and decent.
the food quality was very good
The only 2 problem I could figure out was that the lighting in the room was less and there was no lift.

Located on main road of mahipalpur just next building of Radisson hotel. Rooms are good and staffs are helpful.Airport is maximum of 15 minutes drive. All basic facilities are there even they provided fridge in my room as I asked for. Thanks for service.

Very small rooms and not cleaned. Bathroom was smelling like hell. 10 inch lcd was available in rooms. Air conditioner was also not working properly and when I ask to change my room they reply all rooms are same. Worst experince of my life.

Surprisingly some people rated it better among all properties, as I entered into a room a few cockroaches welcomed me. They immediately changed room and put me in a room full with mosquitoes. Bedsheet was not clean, water from tap was smelling badly. Overall disappointed
