It was my second visit to this hotel... I visited this property for a family wedding and Yes this hotel has improved a lot and specially their service,right from front office to housekeeping to there F&B team....They helped us on every bit and what ever we required they provided it...I will recommend this property in the current situation....

It was chilling cold the day we visited this hotel for a wedding ceremony. The heaters they had put up at places were not enough in number and most of them were not even working. Although the food and the services of the staffs was good but they really need to improve upon the heating part during winters specially for outdoor wedding arrangements

Our wedding venue...worst experience ever!
Outdoor wedding without any heating arrangements...though the hotel promised us they'll get it done!
Worst food ever...tandoori cauliflower was raw n all other items were either overbooked or undercooked!
Decoration- flowers were crude not fresh at all...
Wedi where all the pheras take place was really thin as they only provided us with carpets to sit! No cushions as promised for the bride n groom!
Security- tons of people tripped at the entrance coz of a weird massive step at the entrance!
Extremely cold day conditions coupled with worst cold behavior of their irresponsible Relationship Manager n totally crapped out system!

Have stayed there for 3 nights...Wifi never works....there were only room boy on shift...keep on calling reception,they will never pick your phone...ultimately you have to come lobby and inform about the problem...in bathroom shower never work...i'll not recommend this hotel to anyone....
