The only good thing is the location. Nothing else. The rooms are old, the closets you hardly can close, the bathroom is a capital for itself. The WC doesn't work properly - it means at least 2 or 3 times you should try to flush. It is very difficult to regulate the water - it is either warm or too cold.
Breakfast is worst than in any 2-3 star hotel in Italy. No too much choise and the personal is not very friendly.
For 4 days in the "best hotel of Brescia" there were no google on the computer, and the reception hadn't had the smallest idea why.
On our last 2 days there were no heating - it was before - again no idea why.
I urgently advice to
a) change the management if you really want to have a 5 star hotel
b) make urgent modernisation
c) try to get better people.
But don't think that you are really so good!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vittoria, it is in the central of Brescia , walking distance from everything worth seeing , which is a lot. The Hotel is impressive in size, but very welcoming. The staff at the reception are really helpful and always with a warm smile. What I am sorry to criticize about this hotel was a few things which we did not expect in our room.
We booked a superior room, which was very spacious with a really big and comfortable bed, but one of the three doors of the wardrobe did not close, the door did not fit in place. Another thing that annoyed us , was the toilet ,it had massive stains of rust, the bathroom had been retiled and the bathtub and shower tray changed. We could not understand why the toilet and the basin were not changed, we complained at the reception , but were told they were fully booked that week, and nothing they could do.
Breakfast was good in certain things and lacked in other, scrambled eggs were always cold and we told one of the staff, but again the next day was the same. There must have had many returned plates with the food still there, that on the last two day the cook came out and cooked the eggs on order. There was a good choice of cakes and pastries, but the fruit basket was a pitiful sight, when we know what great choice of fruit there is in Italy. I will gladly go back if we return to Brescia , but will check the room before accepting it.

Everything is marble - including lobby, hallways and stairs. We had a very spacious room on the 4th floor with a small balcony with a great view over the town. Good sized bathroom with all the amenities.
The desk staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was served in the hotel dining room with a wide choice and a chef who cooked eggs, etc. to order.
There was free valet parking right in front of the hotel which was convenient. Great location close to attractions and good restaurants and a large wine store and bistro right around the corner.
I would have given a 5 rating except for the room housekeeping. We had to complain about the room not being made up and poor cleaning.

I spent a day in Brescia and was sorry to leave given how delighted I was by the city and Hotel Victoria. Our room was lovely, overlooking the street. There was a sitting room, a large, spacious bedroom, and two bathrooms, both with modern amenities. The hotel staff was gracious and attentive and the breakfast was delicious. A delightful town square is close, maybe a 5 minute stroll.

A special atmosphere here at Vittoria, a liberty style hotel and restaurant. Amazing, especially in common areas. Rooms are really fancy and have that liberty style with furniture that reveals it's time and past life.
