I stayed in this hotel from 21st to 22nd October
Room wise and Location wise its a very good hotel in the budget.
Issue comes in the hospitably front, we were allotted a room and we found the wash basin was choked and the water in it was coming out in the bathroom. We complained about the same within 5 mins of checking in, but till the time of checkout - that is after 2 days - the issue was still not resolved , neither were we offered a different room. We complained several times for the same and all the times we were told that yes we will look into it and have it fixed - but that was not done.
Another incident happened when we parked the bike and asked the hotel staff that is it ok to park here as the front of hotel was occupied and he said yes it was ok, few hours later some other hotel staff came in and asked us to move the bike in the front as now the place is empty , which is OK , but the way he was communicating was very rude and seemed as if we have done some crime.
Just a suggestion to the hotel management - with the great location and rooms, please check and upgrade your service and staffs to be at least polite.

It is a budget place for low budget. Location is near to Baga beach . Hospitality is average. If you want to spend most of the time outside you can stay there for location. Bedsheets and rooms stink .Not a great place .

Me and my husband visited Goa on the 10th of March - prebooked via ClearTrip with around 6k+(applied some coupons available) for 3 days including breakfast- no other meals are provided by this hotel . The room was very spacious , attached balcony facing the road, basic toiletries , and house cleaning everyday .You can dry your clothes after cleaning in the balcony,The complimentary breakfast @ the terrace was good - from 7:30 am to 10:00 am with good options- Bread toast , boiled eggs, omlette, upma , tea\coffee. Now coming to the location , there can be no best place to stay in Baga than this. 5 mins walk to Titos lane and the Baga beach.The hotel is on the road connecting Baga and Arpora, the road that is exactly goes inside in front of Café Coffee Day-Lots of eateries closeby - strongly recommend Fatfish on the road towards Arpora - it is on the end of the road . In case you are a bit lazy to get up and go for breakfast in the hotel, you have "Foodiez" just in front of the hotel - it is a nice place that is also open till 3 am in the night.The staff at Viva Baga are very helpful - they can arrange cab service for you too.I would definitely stay there if I visit Goa again.

We visited Goa in the first week of March '17 and stayed in Hotel Viva Baga for good 4 days. The hotel is well located near Baga beach and main market. The Deluxe room allotted to us was spacious, well maintained, neat & clean. We really liked breakfast on terrace and the quality and taste of breakfast served was quite good. All major attractions of North Goa are nearby and one can hire bike/scooty from nearby stores. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We had booked this for 2 days from Cleartrip and we had an absolutely excellent experience! (Feb 21 to 23' 2017)
Location- The hotel is located right off the main market near Baga, its about 50 m from Cafe Coffee Day and about 700 m from Baga beach.
Amenities- The rooms were clean, the ac worked well and there was hot water in shower whenever we wanted. Though we would have liked a refrigerator in the room, it was fine otherwise. Our room had a balcony as well which is important for drying the clothes! There was a TV too which we didn't use.
Service- Excellent! Though the check in time was 12 noon, we had pre requested the hotel to keep our luggage earlier as we had an early flight. They kept our luggage at 6 am and checked us in when we came back in absolutely 0 time. Room service was also prompt and friendly.
Overall- Its absolutely worth every penny paid!! Had read good reviews about it before booking and had a brilliant experience myself as well.
