Good accommodation and food. It is very close to center and all are reachable .My self and my friend family went together in Nov 2013. we stayed for one day ,we enjoyed lot. I have recommended to my friends

Hotel viva goa international is one of the best hotels of goa...in the middle of the capital city..nice hospitality..wel furnished rooms..room service good..warm welcome..walking distance to the beach..

We went to Goa for new year in Dec 2014.it was pathetic And worst stay. 1)They made us wait for 20 minutes to arrange room inspite of prior information regarding our visit.
2)Have to ask for everything from toiletries to towel .
3)room was so dimly lit.
4) They didn't gave us any towel last day.
5)Room was not properly cleaned. 6) Coffee maker was full with small insects. Couldnt make any coffee. 7) No channels on TV. And whatever was there it was hazy.
8)Breakfast was pathetic.utterly tasteless. Only 2 things .idli without sambhar. Poori without sabji. For toast they said make ur own. No tea as milk not there.
9) For dinner and lunch only few things available. Menu says tandoor and continental. But none was available.And they said since lift is not working u cannot order much.they do not provided any room service.
10) Very small quilt for two. When asked for extra. They said we cannot provide extra.
11) In last day we booked a taxi . when first receptionist went he assured. We will get in morning.but then when we asked next one..he said I don't know. He didn't even bothered to clarify with his colleague. I HV my if u want. He made it sure that we will go I n his taxi.

14) beach facing window ?????? Rooms were so badly situated. And congested.
15) balcony was full of crawling insects. Couldn't sit even for a sec.
16) overpriced. Too much.
17) no beverages available except for cheaper ones.
18) And also one more thing ..while final bill ..they added 220 extra. We checked and then asked them to deduct it from actual amount.and for that they were so casual. Didn't bothered to say sorry.
19)Also there was no laundry service.
20)And no WiFi too.
21) dirty swimming pool with broken arm chairs. No one could probably even think of stepping in it.
22) they didn't helped in choosing our plans . as we were outsiders they are local people. They could HV helped us for plans but they straightway dismissed saying we don't know.
Uffffff. In all it was horrible stay. And feeling betrayed . and looted.will never ever go again and will never recommend anyone . m sorry to say it had ruined our stay and your reputation and trust over tripadvisor

Located in panjim, that's the only positive about this place. Service is poor and the guy at the restaurant keeps staring at people while they eat breakfast. Food is average and rooms are okay to stay for the night.

Close to panaji market and casino aroun 1.5 km. Rooms are not so good but ik for 1 day stay, very dim light. Over priced compared to the facilities. Swimming pool is bad and very very small just can take pictures. Breakfast was very basic.
