I stayed there last week and it has been one of my most disappointing hotel stays ever. First of all in sequence my check in was delayed by 25 minutes unapologetically without a reason. Second, when I go to room it was dirty and bathroom was all wet. Third, I have to take a shower and the towel is a very old towel, I use it and notice itching on all my body, turns out the threads were pasted on all my body. It's a bring your own towel kind Hotel. There is no restaurant or a reception desk at night to take any requests. Staff is not pleasant either.. Overall a bad stay.. I'd rather go stay in a hostel..

We had booked our rooms through TripAdvisor and was hassle free. Only problem we faced was the getting to the hotel as the approach lane is very narrow and there isnt sufficient car park space available with the Hotel.Overall rooms are very comfortable.Value for money.

Very inconvenient location. They allowed early checkin subjected to 24 hour checkout. the bathroom were not cleaned properly. Drinking water was dirty. You can hear honks in your room. Wifi speed is good reception is not.

The room is very dusty, and we found many bugs on the Bed.
The wall is peeling off and dirty.
No dustbin in the room.
The blanket is in poor quality.
The sleeping experience is not so good that I had horrible dream.
Need to put more Efforts on its cleaning.
However location is very good.
Definitely no next time!

This is in the main city area next to ktdc office,near karnataka corporation .rates are reasonable but rooms are so small.while wash area is clean .staffs are kind and helpful.they do not have a restaurant within but sin e it's located in the main area we can find a lot of good restaurants around. They do provide toiletries, have TV, cubboard,heater,shower and all such thing.
