My first impression of the hotel is that it is more like a motel you typically see in US/Canada, granted a little more high class with clean room and welcoming bed. The shower is clean and the hotel layout is well designed. The only downside is it is quite far from the city with nothing to do around except one movie theater/bowling avenue 5 mins walk away.

It is an average hotel. Rooms were pretty basic and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also fairly ok.
They could definitely do with a bit of an upgrade, especially for the toilets. Also, it is quite far from the city centre.

Particularly helpful at reception. I needed a late checkout, which would normally be charged extra, but because I wasn't staying for the whole of the period covered by the extra charge, it was waived by Laura.

The hotel is quite far from downtown, I stayed here because I had a business meeting in the area. There is a pool but I did not have time to check it out. The bed in the room was ok, but the reading lamps are useless. The TV allowed a USB connection. The bathroom was OK and the breakfast in the morning was correct. I would have rated this a 3 star hotel but due to the hotel facilities and dimensions it got 4 stars. Probably built for the Expo 1992, it's not easy to see a huge hotel like that in the outskirts of the city, there's really nothing around... The staff was friendly and I did not have any kind of problem.

Stayed here a night. Had been booked by my Travel agent - Thomas Cook. First the Hotel stuffed 4 of us in a room meant for 2 people, calling it a triple room or a family room. Then the AC would not work and the Hotel tried to convince us that it was fine - for a full 2 hours before they acknowledged it was indeed not working. We had 2 children with us and the Hotel was completely tactless in helping its Guests. The solution was not a change in the room - they gave a small room
Cooler which cooled the person sleeping right next to it. Appalled at the handling of the situation more than anything else.
If this is the way they treat their guests, you have much better options elsewhere. Also, families - be warned- they will take you for a ride.
