This hotel is located approx 10-15 mins driving distance from IGI Airport. Hotel rooms are clean,specious and have all the basic amenities. Only wash room need to be improved in terms of cleanliness. Hotel staffs were good and food quality was also good, but seems a bit over priced ( though we have taken north Indian food only ). Also they charge Rs. 500 for Airport drop which is bit higher side compared to the other options. Another draw back is they don't have 24 hrs check-in /check-out facility. hence any late check out is chargeable. I booked this hotel just for one night as I had to catch flight next day evening. I checked in there around 10:30 PM and checked out next day afternoon, but I had to pay extra for late check out. I would suggest hotel authority to look into this matter and introduce more customer friendly policy.

I aiways book hotels through booking.com and find that whatever facilities are described on website by booking.com are not in place and never provided. Though I wrote many times to booking.com, but invain. However, hotel Waves is exceptional one, where, I found that room was ready, each and every facility was as per description. Staff was very prompt and sincere, helpful and very polite.
Further, breakfasr was provided free and best one. I than first time booking.com in general and Hotel Waves in particular for their sincerity and honesty

We had a very good experience in this hotel. The room was clean and we had hot water. The team is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food proposed is good. Overall a good stay in this hotel. We had to wait the whole afternoon for our flight and we could stay in the lobby without issues. They even offered us tea, water,...

This is one hotel i wish i had never booked. I selected it because it was close to the airport.We checked in at 10.30 pm for a early morning flight .We left at 4.30 am
The Pros : None , barring its close to the airport.
The Cons :
1) the room was dirty. The bed had already been slept in and not even cleaned. On removal of covers there was dirt below.
2) the Air conditioner didn't work. Initially they said there are no other rooms.They kept trying to fix it and then called us at 12.37 am suggesting we move to another room. We refused trying to catch what little sleep we could.
3) the Cable TV was on the blink. They couldn't repair that either.
4) the bathroom was dirty. There was a 'cleaned' seal strip over the toilet seat and on opening we found tissue paper in the commode!
5) The toilet seat was broken.
need I say more? Search a better hotel if you have to stay close to the airport.

Food was good. Sheets were clean. Toilets were clean. Room was NOT cramped as in many hotels in the capital. Everything was efficiently managed.
It is good for one or two nights - the area where the hotel is - it is very crowded - and one cannot take even a walk!
