Hello,
I have booked Treebo mint, Chandigarh on 29th sep 2017, done online payment. I have cancelled on 7 th oct 2017 due to personal reason. I have received cancellation mail with refund money in next 15 days. its been a month now, i have not received any refund amount.

It's a complete value for money. Very clean rooms with adequate furnishings and furniture. Suitable for family and business trips. A swimming pool would have been ideal but it's not a necessity for overnight stays.

Rooms were clean. Well furnished. Great interior architecture, especially the washroom.Great ambiance in fact. (see the pics). It was well furnished, however the furniture/table was small.
I was in the last room of the isle, which was adjacent to the housekeeping office and would be always open which I did not like. So avoid the last room of the isle.
STAFF WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. FULL MARKS FOR THAT.
Laundry & Housekeeping was good.
FOOD WAS HORRIBLE (in taste), INCLUDING THE BREAKFAST PROVIDED. AVOID THE FOOD AT ALL COST. I heard that there were budget restaurants in sector 44, which was in 5-10 mins walking distance. You could try that.
The hotel might have seen better days earlier. You can say that the conditions were degrading slowly.
Overall a clean & very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located at a good place. The staff is very courteous and professional. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Food is also good. Our stay was very satisfactory and the kids enjoyed. Will definately recommend it to others.

There was a number of us who stayed at the western court as we were in India for a wedding. The front desk staff were always more than helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. The buffet breakfast which was included was great. The restaurant food was also delicious although a bit pricey. Water to buy was 60 rupees but if you walked to the gas station next door it was 20 rupees. WiFi was a little slow and sometimes non existent but when we told them they would always restart it which helped. For the price this is a great place to stay
