We had stayed 4 nights in this hotel during our visit to Sikkim. 1st night we reached hotel around 8:45 pm. Our driver told us that we have to call and inform hotel staff that we will have dinner in hotel. There is a time limit of 7:30 pm for ordering dinner. Although you can have dinner between 8pm till 10 pm but you have to order at 7:30. Second day in morning while we were leaving to Nathula Pass and hotel manager told us that our room will be shifted and told us that everything will be shifted into new room. Although everything was moved correctly to the new room when we discovered in the evening, but changing room was bit surprising. 1st day our room was on 3rd floor and second day same was transferred to 1st floor. 3rd floor room was good and view was also nice, but 1st floor room had restricted view and there were some small issues here and there. Next day also we stayed in same room. After that we went to Lachaung and stayed there in other hotel. On our return to Gangtok we were shifted to 4th floor room. There was no lift and this is a big negative when you have small kids to travel along. This room was spacious but TV was not working there. Initially we were told that it was working till yesterday but later on it was told that there is no installation of set top box in that room and it will not be done. Also food delivery on last day was delayed by almost an hour or scheduled time in our room. Food options are limited in this hotel but are good. Service on the last day was very pathetic. Overall will not recommend this hotel. There is no space for kids to play around. Hotel staff is very less experienced and there are no senior person there who understands hospitality.

We travelled to Gangtok through a local tour operator, and they booked us here for 4 nights. We had 2 Deluxe rooms for ourselves; it was a very pleasant stay.
Food: The restaurant served buffet breakfast, but lunch & dinner was a-la-carte. It serves both veg & non-veg meals, and decently prepared…just the right amount of spices. Even the rotis were well prepared (compared to the thick rotis we were served everywhere else in Sikkim). The hotel even arranged for food from a nearby restaurant for our 1st night since we checked-in much beyond the 7.30pm deadline they have set for themselves for in-house dining.
Rooms: The rooms are quite spacious, with spacious bathrooms. Hot water geysers are available in every room…a must in the evenings when it gets chilly outside. Our rooms were facing the valley, however, since there are other buildings in the narrow lane, view was restricted. Nonetheless, peaceful & serene.
Location: Hotel is located in the heart of the city, very close to the main markets in Gangtok (MG Road & Laal Market). Many local shops in the neighbourhood to help with any supplies (bakery, cold drinks etc). Very convenient & safe for people who enjoy their evening walks like us.
Overall, the hotel is a good choice for its location & food, friendly & courteous staff.

Behaviour of staff is extremely positive. i feel that they are very keep to help you with their quick service. Break fast is healthy and served hot always.
Bathroom geysers are working well and provides continuous hot water.
All the rooms are spacious and clean enough.
An awesome rooftop bar area to hangout with, well maintained.

Very Good hotel with very good rooms! And dont see the low price as the rooms are really really very good looking and big as compared to prices and very close to Mg market so one should surely go with this hotel to save a lot of money! And i booked 2 rooms for 3 days in 6000 😻😻

The hotels in heart of the town, very close to M G Market. Breakfast was a ritual, but dinner was excellent. The service in the restaurant by Arihant was very good. Front desk people Bipin and Arun were very helpful. Room and Toilet were very clean. Would recommend to my people.
