Stayed here childrens holidays in October. Room was a bit dated but very clean. Staff very helpful. Allways greeted with a smile. Pool bar very nice. Pool aerea great. Been coming here in october for the last 10 years and at least once a year since 1997. Overall it's a lovely place.

We stayed 1 week in October. Very clean hotel, staff is ready to help with everything. Old and inconvenient furniture.
Almost half of rooms are privately owned and many seniors.
There is no restaurant at the hotel, but if you stay there you will be sent to eat in neighbor hotel panorama. Food ok, but not big variety and average quality.
Nice location, close to shopping mall San Eugenio and huge supermarket Mercadona in basement.
Very close to puerto colon- cozy small beach. It is also possible to walk to playa amerikas and playa fanabe.
The only negative I found is pool area. Even though there were signs that it is not allowed to book sun beds with towels, everybody was doing that and a lot of people didn't show up until late afternoon.
Also the way sunbeds were distributed was a bit ridiculous: already at 9.45 people was gathering at the pool area and waiting for staff to release sunbeds. So in order to get sunbed you needed to be at the pool latest 10.30 or else all soft sunbeds and places was taken.
Not good place for families with children as no chirldren equipment or playground. Just small swimming pool 0,5 m deep.
2 deep pools, was stated that jumping in the pool was forbidden, but nobody really cared, sometimes this was irritating.
There is laundry in the hotel, small kitchen in rooms, small library.
Wifi at the reception area but as no roaming in EU we used our mobile network.

Room 566 I think end apt ,two balconies very nice indeed
Good view down the coast
Big enough balcony
Cleaned by staff regularly
Nice pool area ,easy to get a bed when back from beaches
Overall good holiday

We stay here 4 times a year. Spotlessly clean. Never have problems with getting sunbed. Ideal location for bars. Restaurants and beach. Did have problem with air con in room, unfortunately it couldn't be repaired but we were offered alternative room and also manager left us a bottle of wine in room to apologise for inconvenience

We had a studio apartment for two weeks overlooking the car park but we didn't mind as it got the sun all day,studio was basic but was clean and towels were changed every two days.we found all the staff very helpful and friendly .
We never had a problem getting a bed by the pool and we hired the umbrella and pool towels for our two week stay.Would go back to the Club Atlantis again as it is close to beach and restaurants.
