Mold was in the top corner of the bathroom. Toilet seat had a bad place in it. Sheets had been washed to much they were thin. No cover on air conditioner unit. No phone in room

This was THE WORST stay ever. From poor cleanliness, i had to go a whole night with no toilet available. Hostess didn’t have any remedy. They said they fixed the toilet.. NO they didn’t! If i had the time that day I’d demand a refund and leave because I was Disgusted and beyond weirded out. People were smoking weed in the next room. Someone was feeding a cat outside MY door which tried to make its way in several times. Smh NEVER AGAIN

Even though the area was devastated by hurricane Harvey and many of the rooms were allocated for recovery workers, the management was able to secure a room for both my wife and I ; as well as, my daughter and her family. My gratitude goes to all those who work at this location for making our stay comfortable and meeting all of our needs.

Although this hotel is older and a bit out dated I was beyond impressed with the location, staff and displaced guest that I came into contact with during my stay. The front desk went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. A "HUGE" shout out to house keeping. I requested clean towels each day of my stay as I was in some flooded areas.
Housekeeping was on this daily. Fresh breakfast and coffee for all of us each morning. Security was amazing, not once did I feel uncomfortable staying at this location.
