Newly Built
J Pon 15/11/2017 17:20Very nice hotel. Everything is new, fresh and clean. In addition to the normal breakfast items (waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffins, etc) they had hard boiled eggs, which are my favorite. The bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clerks were very friendly and accommodating and understanding when we had to cut our visit short due to family emergency - most hotels would have still charged for full reservation but CI didn't. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. Very well located by restaurants within walking distance- McDonalds etc. I'd definitely stay again.
Good stay
AmericanoOon 28/09/2017 21:17This was my first time at this place. Usually I go next door to Hampton, but it was full. I was surprised of how nice the place was and everything was clean and fairly new. I would return here if they were part of the Hilton Honors, otherwise it's back to the Hilton for me. I have to admit, this will be my back up plan for future ACV trips. Good job with taking care of the hotel and providing a good product
Poor breakfast Bad internet

Check in was efficient, helpful and friendly and our room was clean and fresh as was our bathroom.
There is a pool, hot tub, gym and a laundrette.
Breakfast was poor but items were not replenished unless you asked. I took two boiled eggs and one was bad and smelling like strong sulphur.
The internet connection was very poor it kept dropping and freezing. I was forced to log off and stop what I was doing!

This hotel has easily accessible two room suites on the ground floor so I can help my Dad, but not sleep in the same room. Great for families traveling with kids too. The staff has consistently been friendly & helpful. They go out of their way to help out. One day I was obviously struggling with my dad and I couldn't get to breakfast in time. (Basic free breakfast) They quickly grabbed a few gluten free things for me to take with me. It saved me.
