Don't waste your time or money
SexyGrandmaHalifaxon 28/10/2017 16:55I'd give a zero if I could. Do not stay at this hotel! It reminds me of the Bates Motel in the movie Psycho! Room was dark and old and ugly. Bathroom was even worse. I walked and and knew I couldn't stay in that room. Immediately got on the phone to another hotel in the area and happily was accomodated immediately and with a great deal on an upgraded room. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, if I had one and was vindictive!!!
Only redeeming point is I was fully refunded immediately.
Amazing Inn
Holly Pon 01/10/2017 21:05I have stayed at the knights inn on Dunlop in Barrie many times. The staff and management are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and cozy. I would recommend the knights Inn on Dunlop in Barrie to everyone looking for a clean friendly hotel +++++
Knights Inn Nasty Motel

Why do motels put such nice pictures of there motels on line and then once you get there the place looks like a DUMP inside and outside.
Continental breakfast included.
The guy at the front desk said not many come to the continental breakfast
HOLY COW I KNOW WHY NOW.
Dang I went inside to get my breakfast and I was in SHOCK.. There was only 3 raisin cinnamon bagels and 4 little mini Danishes. Sure coffee that was so strong you couldn't drink it. Cereal that was way too old, juice I couldn't even drink.
We asked for 2 extra bath towels and 1 extra pillow.. The guy said yes for towels but NO to pillows said they didn't have extras what motel doesn't have extra pillows..UNREAL
We went out on Saturday morning came back to our key lock not working on our motel room door
I went to the office to see why ..He then told me something about changing the sheets on the bed. Most motels don't change them unless your leaving.no idea why they changed them
I got back to my motel room at 12:30p.m to the room not made up and no towels.
My husband went to the office and asked for our towels and the man said he would bring them in 5 minutes..
The guy at the front desk said you got towels yesterday.. OMG. My husband gave the guy a stare that if looks would kill he would be a GONER..
WELL
5:30p.m we still didn't have towels .I went to the office and gave them crap and said we have been waiting for clean towels since 12:30p.m can you get them now
If my motel room wasn't paid up front I would have asked for my money back and went to a better motel.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL FOR ANYONE TO STAY AT
I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE..

Chris Jon 07/08/2017 14:28They listed themselves as a pet friendly motel, so we booked a room due to lack of options, when we finally got in late at night, the clerk informed us that they didn't allow pets, gave us a hard time about cancelling the reservation and then we found ourselves in a all booked up town to find a place to sleep. Avoid this place
Worst motel/hotel I've ever been to
Veronika Jon 02/07/2017 02:37Please only stay here if you don't have any other option. We were told by a friendly staff to get one of the ,,better" rooms. The room was disgusting and smelled horrible. No towels, dirty toilet. Looked like it never got cleaned. So we asked for different room. The room was on second level. Again the room smelled horrible and was extremely dirty. We are decent people who don't need any luxury but we had to say
no to this and luckily we found a room somewhere else. I would never recommend staying there to anybody. Definitely
not worth the money even though it's close to Downtown Barrie.
