We visited this hotel before the rooms are a great size and we love the jetted bathtub! They are currently upgrading some of the rooms and there are a lot of renovation materials around the parking lot - but there was not a lot of noise ! we enjoyed ourselves and will visit again !

Needs new mattress and could be cleaner, I was only in the room to sleep so it suited my needs for my short stay.

I have stayed here many times before. Always kept my room...

I have stayed here many times before. Always kept my room nice. Never damaged anything. Most if the staff know me. They hired some new receptionist who tried to charge me $50 cash as a deposit for the room since i am under 25. Which i was not made aware of prior to booking my stay. I have never had to put down a deposit in the past. And although she waived the deposit and tild me I’d have to pay it next time, i am extremely frustrated that she tried to charge me even though i stay there all the time. When i first walked into my room, i found hair in the bathtub. And what looked like a poop stain on the rim of it from someone sitting on it. Even when i turned it to low, my refrigerator froze my drinks. In the middle of my week stay, the power went out. And even when it was turned back on, the elevator still didn’t work for about one or two days. As for the breakfast i was pretty disappointed. Same things. Every day. And the only cooked food was microwaved sausage. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like i was sleeping on a trampoline. I had an overall disappointing experience. I do not plan on going back again.

Not a nice place

Have had to stay here for 3 weeks, room not cleaned daily, bed made and new towels that is all. Room phone has been locked in safe for over a week. Power outage today, call down to front desk, told "it is what it is and has no idea and it'll get fixed when it gets fixed." Then asked about what time house keeping would come by so I can be gone, no power any way. Told "I have no idea, shell get there when she gets there". Mind you this was a separate call from my cel. Remember no room phone. Hookers, potheads and drunk contractors as neighbors(looks like are working on this place as well). Breakfast is not Consistent, one day fresh, next day left overs, third day packaged goods. Washer has been broke for 2 weeks, no answer as to when it's fixed. Have spoken to manager about this, no resolution or discount provided.

Needs updating

The room was old and not updated. Bathroom was full of cracking paint, rust, and old. Sheets had black grease stains on them.
